      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, June 2, 1926 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Donald Brown Killed by Automobile - Saturday, soon after noon, Robert Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Brown, of Rome Street came home from an automobile ride with friends and as he went to cross the street to go into his home, and automobile coming from the west, driven by Leroy Montanya, of Pineville, hit him and fractured his skull, also broke his neck. Dr. A. G. Dunbar was called but he found the little boy had died almost instantly. District Attorney D. A. Colony was called in after examining several witnesses to the accident decided that Montanya would not be considered criminally to blame. It is a most shocking blow to the parents and friends and much sorrow is felt over the death of the dear little boy. He was born four years ago. He is survived by two brothers, younger, beside his parents. He was grandson of Mrs. Jessie Brown, of Syracuse, who came at once to aid in comforting her son and daughter. Funeral services were held at the home, Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, Revs. Lowell H. Palmer and Ernest H. Scott, pastor of the Methodist Church conducting the service. W. Taylor Barr sand. Burial was made at Richland.
