    • Newspaper Article - Wednesday, September 16, 1896 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Local Notes - The figures which said the White-Stowell wedding would be solemnized September 9, were wrong; to-day, the 16th is the day.

Newspaper Article - Wednesday, September 23, 1896 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Stowell - White - As the setting sun was casting its last rays on Wednesday, September 16, Miss Lotta Jones Stowell entered the parlors to the strains of Mendelssohn's Batholdy, on the arm of her brother-in-law, Mr. George Lindo, and was met in front of a bank of white asters and ferns by the groom, Mr. George H. White, and was there united in sacred bonds by Rev. A. D. Webster. The bride was becomingly attired in cream silk and carried a bouquet of white roses and similax. After congratulations the bridal party entered the dining rooms where refreshments dainty were served. Among the guests from out of town were Mrs. H. N. Robinson and Mrs. C. M. Brand, Syracuse; Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Dillenbeck, Rome; Mr. and Mrs. George D. Lindo, Miss Mae Marshall, West Monroe; Mrs. H. G. Cheaver, Oswego; Mr. and Mrs. G. P. Jones, New Haven; Mr. Frank White, Holmesville. The beautiful presents received by the bride go to show the highest esteem in which the bride and groom are held by their many friends. After a brief sojourn at Saratoga and Lake George they will be at home, Pulaski, New York.
