      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 15, 1945 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Loren Carpenter Dies At Orwell - Loren Carpenter, 84, died Monday at his home in the Vorea district in the town of Orwell. Born January 7, 1861, the son of John and Nancy Keeler Carpenter [sic], he had spent his entire life in the town of Orwell, where he was engaged in farming. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Carpenter; three sons, James, New York City, Loren, Jr. and Robert J. Carpenter, Vorea, and one daughter, Viola L. Carpenter, Vorea. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Foster funeral home, Pulaski, and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery, Orwell.
