Cullen pleaded guilty Friday in Oswego County Court to criminally negligent homicide and assault. Cullen, 35, of 34 Barnes St., Apt. 5, Phoenix, had been charged with manslaughter and assault. The sentence for criminally negligent homicide can be up to four years in prison. A manslaughter conviction can carry a sentence of up to 15 years. On the assault charge, Cullen could be sentenced to as many as seven years in prison.
