      He was born in Syracuse. He owned and operated McGrath Contracting Co., Syracuse.

      His wife, Norma W., died in 1989.

      Survivors: A daughter, Joyce M. Perrin of St. Petersburg, Fla.; four sons, Harold H. Jr. of Cazenovia, William P. of Fayetteville, Robert T. of Mendon, Vt., and James R. of St. Petersburg; a brother, John of Syracuse; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

      Services: Private. Burial, Oakwood Cemetery. No calling hours. Fairchild & Meech DeWitt Chapel has arrangements.
