"Bob' Wilder, 78, Route 11 North, a retired dairy farmer and cattle dealer, died Friday evening at his home, where he was under the care of Oswego County Hospice. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek, with Rev. Catherine Salisbury, associate pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandy Creek. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Oswego County Hospice, in care of H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse, Pulaski, N.Y. 13142. Surviving are his wife, Venita; three sons, James Wilder, Brandon, England; Larry Wilder, Sandy Creek, and Dr. Joseph Wilder, D.V.M., Rochester, New Hampshire; three daughters, Mrs. Harold (Valerie) Hellinger, Nashua, New Hampshire; Mrs. Robert (Joan) Spink, Pulaski, and Linda Wilder, Syracuse; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; a brother, C. D. Wilder, Pulaski; a sister, Mrs. Bea Thomas, Pulaski, and several nieces and nephews. Three sisters, Florence Montondo, Helen Grinnell and Geraldine Wilder, and three brothers, Thomas, John and Lemuel Wilder, died before him. Born on July 15, 1913, in the town of Sandy Creek, a son of the late Thomas and Bertha Coon Wilder, he was educated in Pulaski schools. On June 2, 1940, he married Venita Skinner in Pulaski. A dairy farmer and cattle dealer in the town of Sandy Creek, he retired in 1985. Since his retirement he was a wood crafter. Mr. Wilder was a member of Park United Methodist Church. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Predeceased by a son, Larry Wilder. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday at Summerville Funeral Home in Sandy Creek with Pastor Jesse Grimes officiating.     Newspaper Article - Tuesday Evening April 6, 1909 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski April 6 - A team of horses owned by Thomas Wilder and driven by Bert Coon ran away yesterday afternoon and Coon was dragged along the roadway for several feet. No bones were broken but the man's body and face were painfully bruised. The wagon was not damaged.

    Newspaper Obituary - Friday April 10, 1959 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Thomas F. Wilder, 84, lifetime resident of this area, died suddenly at his home on Route 11 north of the village yesterday morning. It was believed that he suffered a coronary thrombosis. Mr. Wilder was born May 18, 1874, in the Town of Sandy Creek, the son of Charles and Cora Minot Wilder. He engaged in farming all his life and had operated the farm he lived on for the past 51 years. His wife, the former Bertha Coon, died in August 1945. He is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Clifford Montondo and Mrs. Jack Thomas, Pulaski; Miss Geraldine Wilder, Schenectady; and Mrs. Helen Grinnell, Maro Bay, California; five sons: John, Thomas, C. D., Robert and Lemuel, all of Pulaski; a half-sister, Mrs. Cora Miner, Pulaski; 19 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Foster funeral home with the Rev. Mrs. Wilder was born September 14, 1883, in the town of Albion, daughter of the late William and Ellen Anderson Coon. She had lived in this vicinity all her life. For many years she had been a member of the Pulaski Grange. Surviving besides her husband are four daughters: Mrs. Clifford Montondo, Mrs. Harold Grinnell, Mrs. Jack Thomas, and Miss Geraldine Wilder; five sons: John, Robert, Thomas, and Lemuel Wilder, all of Pulaski, and Charles Wilder with the United States Army in Russia; 16 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Phillips, Utica and Mrs. William Corrigan, Auburn; two brothers, Harrison Coon, Manlius and Bert Coon, Pulaski.     Lawrence C. Skinner, 89, of Springbrook Apartments, died Tuesday at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Oswego.

    Surviving are his wife, Colette, a resident of Hillcrest Nursing Home; a son, Charles W., Manlius; two daughters, Venita L. Wilder, Pulaski, and Marion A. Isham, Central Square; 21 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert, Fulton.
    Born Feb. 11, 1902, in Camden, son of Charles and Jennie Brown Skinner, he resided most of his life in the Pulaski area. He retired in 1970 as a superintendent on construction projects after a 50-year career.
    He married Colette V. Wilbur in 1920.
    Mr. Skinner was a member of Pulaski Lodge 415, F&AM, and a 50-year member of Local 12, Carpenters Union. He was also a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

    Colette V. Skinner, 90, formerly of Springbrook Apartments, died Sunday at Loretto Heights Nursing Home, Oswego, where she had been a resident since Aug. 7, 1987.

    The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek, with the Rev. Robert Diamond, pastor of Grace Christian Center, Chittenango, officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.

    There will be no calling hours. Donations may be made to the Pulaski Community Food Pantry.

    Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Venita) Wilder, Pulaski, and Mrs. Sanford (Marion) Isham, Central Square; a son, Charles, Manlius; 21 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren, and 32 great-great-grandchildren.

    A daughter, Mrs. William (Shirley) Isham, died in 1986.

    Born March 25, 1904, in Watertown, a daughter of Nate and Ethel Hewlett Wilbur, she graduated from Pulaski High School and Central City Business Institute, Syracuse.

    She married Lawrence C. Skinner Aug. 18, 1920, in Syracuse. They lived in Syracuse and Pulaski all their married life. Mr. Skinner died Aug. 20, 1991.

    Mrs. Skinner was a retired credit manager for Atlantic Refining Co., Syracuse.

    A former member of the Pulaski Congregational Church, she was a 50-year member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a charter member of the Old Tyme Fiddlers Association.
