Woolson, Jr., 66, of 4775 Salina Street, Pulaski died December 16 at his home under the care of his family and Oswego County Hospice. Mr. Woolson was employed by General Motors, Syracuse, retiring in 1991. Born on May 19, 1942, in Syracuse, son of Clinton Sr. and Mary Scotnicki Woolson, he graduated in 1962 from Pulaski High School. He married Bette L. Burns on December 7, 1968 at Saint James Catholic Church. The couple lived their entire married life in Pulaski. Mr. Woolson served in the Naval Reserves from 1959 to 1963, then in the Marines during the Vietnam War from 1963 to 1967. He was a member of the Pulaski Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7289 and Robert Edwards American Legion Post 358 and a communicant of Christ Our Light Catholic Church. Surviving besides his wife are two daughters and their husbands, Anna and Michael Mosher, Pulaski and Jeanine and Chris Peterson, Charlotte, North Carolina; three sisters, Barbara Holbrook, Semmens, Alabama, Gladys Fox, Parish and Wilma Currier, Adams; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. His parents and his step-father, William V. Sweet, died before him. A funeral Mass was Saturday, December 20 at Christ Our Light Catholic Church with the Rev. Sean P. O'Brien officiating. Spring burial with military honors will be in South Richland Cemetery. Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek had arrangements.     Newspaper Obituary - February 09, 1956 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Clinton Woolson Dies Suddenly At Home In Woodville - Clinton Woolson, 53, of Woodville passed away suddenly January 30, 1956 with a heart attack at his home. The funeral was held Thursday at 1 p.m. in his home with Rev. Ivan Greenfield of Rome officiating. Burial will be in Orwell cemetery. Mr. Woolson's car became stuck in the snow during last week Monday's storm, and after shoveling for a time in an attempt to free it, he abandoned the car and then walked home. Entering the house, he fell on the floor and died almost immediately. Death was caused by coronary occlusion. Mr. Woolson was the son of Allie and Nina Look Woolson of Richland, who survive together with his wife and children, Walter Woolson of Delphi Falls, Mrs. Wilma Currier and Rex Woolson of Richland, Robert, Clinton Jr., Barbara, and Gladys Woolson all residing at home and a brother, Claude Woolson of Richland - Native of Orwell - Mr. Woolson was born Nov. 13, 1903, at Orwell. He was employed as a welder by the Fitzgibbon Boiler company in Oswego and then was shop foreman at the Ruder Buick company at Pulaski. He had worked for Eastman brothers since last spring. As a young man he served with the coast guard in Oswego and Buffalo.

He died January 30, 1956. Later that year, she moved to Pulaski. She married Mr. Sweet on December 11, 1958. The couple owned and operated Sweet's Silver Star Market at Pulaski until retiring in 1970. She was a member of the Pulaski Baptist Church and Pulaski Chapter 159, Order of the Eastern Star.

Woolson, 88, of Richland died August 14 at the Hillcrest Nursing home where he had been a patient four months. Born October 1, 1884 in Orwell, the son of Herman and Emma Greenfield Woolson. He attended schools at Vorea, New York. On February 25, 1903 he married Nina Look in Sandy Creek. They celebrated their 70th anniversary this past February. Woolson was in the logging business and also farmed at his home until his retirement many years ago. He is survived by his wife, one son, Claude A. Woolson of Richland; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. One sister Mrs. Albert Hazel Look of Lacona. One brother Herman Woolson of Orwell. Funeral services were held Friday, August 17 at 1 p.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Rev. Ivan Greenfield pastor of the Orwell Union Church officiating. Burial was in the Richland Cemetery.

    Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, November 9, 1898 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Town Line Road - Joel Look died at his home on Pulaski street Sunday night after a long illness with consumption. He was the second child of Albert and Harriet Look. He was born in the town of Sandy Creek, January 6th, 1860, and moved to this town in his youth where he had lived most of the time since. About one year ago he had La Grippe which settled on his lungs and resulted in his death. He was highly respected by all who knew him and will be sadly missed in his home and the community. He leaves to mourn his loss besides a wife and four children, two sons and two daughters, a father and mother, two brothers and two sisters, Eugene Look of this place, Orrin Look of West Camden, Mrs. Rosa Pevert of Ricard, Mrs. Bertha Lighthall of Vorea. The funeral will be held from his late residence, Wednesday at 11 o'clock and at the Church of Christ at 12:30.

The deceased was born August 6, 1861, was united in marriage to Joel A. Look, September 5, 1880, who died November 6th, 1898. After two years she was again united in marriage to Henry C. Lighthall of Richland. Prayer was offered at the home of A. M. Potter of Orwell at twelve o'clock Saturday and at two o'clock the funeral services held in the Disciple Church of which she was a member for years. Rev. Walter Clement of Orwell officiating. Her life, day by day, was a living example of the joy and blessedness that comes of faith. She was esteemed for her sincere piety and usefulness. During her illness she was very patient, cheerful and submissive, although at times her suffering was intense. Besides her children, Charles A., Joel H. of Richland, Mrs. A. Woolson of Orwell, Mrs. E. M. Himes of Mapleview, and Miss Martha H. Lighthall of Pulaski, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Eugene Look of Richland. Burial in Richland cemetery.
