NATIVE OF THIS TOWN DIES IN BROOKLINE, MASS.
Robert Joslyn, 59
Mr. Hugh F. Whitney of this village, received a telegram Sunday informing him of the sudden death from a heart attack of Robert H. Joslyn, 59, of Brookline, Mass. Mr. Joslyn was a native of this town, a son of Wilmot and Mary Joslyn. Following the death of his parents who were killed in a railroad crossing accident he and his sister, Mary, made their home with Mr. and Mrs. Royal Whitney.
Mr. Joslyn was a graduate of Pulaski Academy with the class of 1897, and studied in the office of the late Dr. James L. More. He served during the Spanish American war in the medical department of the United States navy. For several years he had been with a drug firm in Brookline, Mass.
He is survived by his wife, one son, a daughter; a brother, William, and a sister, Mrs. William Orton of Richland; also another sister, Mary, of Rockford, Ill.
