    • April 15, 1890 - Nancy Knowlton, age 74 years, Widow, died in Pulaski of angina pectoris.
      Newspaper Article - Thursday, April 17, 1890 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. Knowlton, of this village, better known as "Auntie" Knowlton, is seriously ill from heart disease. When Dr. Betts was hastily summoned to her bedside on Monday, she was thought to be dying, but from that attack she has rallied. Mrs. Knowlton is a lady with many friends here and elsewhere who will deeply regret that her condition is thus critical. Later - Mrs. Knowlton died Tuesday afternoon.
      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, April 17, 1890 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - April 15th, Mrs. Nancy M. Knowlton, widow of William R. Knowlton, of pectoris angina, aged 74. The deceased has been, for many years a resident of this village and a member of the First Congregational church, most favorably known for her irreproachable Christian character, her kindness and helpfulness in sickness and her industrious usefulness. The funeral services will be held at the present residence of Mrs. Ella M. Wright, on Port Street, at 10 a.m., Thursday.
      Newspaper Article - Thursday, April 24, 1890 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. W. R. Knowlton, whose death was announced in these columns last week, was 69 years of age instead of the age given. Her maiden name was Lucy M. Cox and she was married February 14th, 1838. Her only son and child, William Henry Knowlton, of New York City, is now in town. He is in very poor health and was in the hospital for treatment at the time the sad intelligence of his mother's death reached him.
