- Deaths - Kinsman, George Clifford - George Clifford Kinsman of Jay, N.Y., formerly of Rochester on Aug. 4, 1967. He leaves his wife Helen; three sons, George, Joseph and Robert; one daughter, Joan Kinsman of Jay, N.Y.; his sister, Ethel Kinsman of Rochester; his brother John E. Kinsman of Victor; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Burial Monday in Jay, N.Y.
Son of John & Cora (Darling) Kinsman (Claude's brother, Arthur Glen Kinsman's marriage record to Josephine Gardner).
Husband of Marcia Mayo.
Father of Alton, Clifford (Nina Blanchard), John Edmund (Alma Slocum), Bertha & Ethel Kinsman.
Newspaper Obituary - January 19, 1917 Victor Harold - Kinsman - Claude Kinsman, a former resident of Farmington but who for several years had resided in Rochester died in the General Hospital of that city on Friday of last week after a six days illness of bronchial pneumonia following gripe. Mr. Kinsman was employed in the chemical department of the Eastman Kodak Co. Mr. Kinsman is survived by his wife Marcia Mayo Kinsman; two sons, Clifford now with the United States troops on the Mesxican border and Edmond of Rochester; two daughters Ethel and Bertha Kinsman also of Rochester; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kinsman of Rochester and one brother Arthur G. Kinsman of Farmington. The remains were brought to Victor and funeral services were held from St. Pauls University church at 2 o'clock on Monday afternoon, the pastor Rev. Georg Sodder? officiating. Interment was in Houghton Hill Cemetery.
