      Mrs. Mary Spriggel
      Mrs. Mary Cole Spriggel, aged 89, died March 6, 1969 in the Oswego Hospital where she had been a patient for 5 days. She was born in the Town of Richland February 9, 1880. She taught school in the Pulaski-Richland area and later was a bookkeeper for a lumber company for many years. She was married to Jacob Spriggel who died in 1955 in the home of Madison Avenue, Mexico. Mrs. Spriggel maintained this home for her use summers, spending winters with others in the area.
      She is survived by a niece, Mrs. Glenn (Elizabeth) Dillenback, and a nephew Elmer Marsaw, both of Dexter.
      Funeral services were held at the Miner Funeral Home Sunday afternoon with the Rev. Bertram Croop, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Mexico, of which she was a member, officiating. Burial will be made in Richland Cemetery.
