      Died in Mexico, N.Y., Sept 27, 1927, Jerome Sheeley aged 94 years, an aged resident of Altmar. Mr. Sheeley is survived by three sons and three daughters and a number of grandchildred and other relatives. His wife died a few years ago. Mr. Sheeley 's remains were brought to the home of his daughter, Mrs. D.R. Whitney and funeral services held at the home and the M.E. Church of which Mr. Sheeley was a member. The pastor, the Rev. G.M. Sleeman, conducted the services. Internment was made in Riverside cemetery. Those acting as bearers were C.E. Reese, Geo. D. Claflin and William Sheeley and son.
