    • Flora Andrews Swaby Soule - December 13, 1852 - May 14, 1927. Plot D-251. Daughter of William and Elizabeth Dawley Andrews. Wife of Frank Albert Swaby (married 1876) & Laban D. Soule (married September 28, 1921 at Detroit, Michigan.) [Notes: Frank Swaby died December 21, 1909 in Bay City, Michigan, he is buried there in Green Ridge Cemetery. Their daughter, Bessie May Swaby, December 20, 1884 - March 19, 1885, is buried with her father.]
      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, May 18, 1927 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Following a brief illness, Mrs. Laban D. Soules, of North Street, passed away Saturday night. Flora Andrews was born in this village seventy-one years ago. When a young woman she married Albert Swabe and went to Bay City, Michigan to reside. Mr. Swabe passed away several years ago and five years ago she became the wife of Laban D. Soule, of this village, coming to Pulaski to reside. Mrs. Soule was a member of the Congregational church and when possible faithfully attended the services of the church. She was also active in the missionary society. She was a member of Pulaski Chapter, Order of Eastern Star and Pulaski Civic Club. She was beloved by a large circle of friends who will deeply regret her death. Surviving are her husband, one son Roy Swabe, of Bay City, Michigan, one brother, William Andrews of this village. Funeral services were held from the home yesterday afternoon, at two o'clock, Rev. Lowell H. Palmer, pastor of the Congregational church officiating. Burial was made in Pulaski cemetery. The people of the street on which Mrs. Soule resided united in the purchase of a beautiful floral tribute; the Eastern Star and the Missionary Society and many individuals brought or sent tokens of love in the form of flowers.
