      Services for Albert E. Bailey, 63, of Westdale, who died Tuesday at Oneida City Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. today at Camden Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westdale Cemetery.

      Mr. Bailey was born in Scriba. He retired in 1988 as a customer service agent after 37 years with USAir at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Mr. Bailey was a 1944 graduate of Oswego High School.

      Mr. Bailey was a member of the Westdale Federated Church and the Iditarod Trail Committee of Alaska. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

      Surviving are his wife, the former Lucille Andas; a son, Mark E. of Altmar; two daughters, Jennie Grass of Calcium and Marjorie Hastings of Williamstown; a sister, Margaret Fosdick of Scriba; and eight grandchildren.
