    • Newspaper Article - Wednesday, April 11, 1900 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Personal - Albert W. Wright and Cora Beatrice Crossley were married in Utica, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Wright will be "at home" after May 15th, Utica, New York. The Utica Observer, Saturday evening, says: "At Calvary church at 11 o'clock today took place the marriage of A. W. Wright and Miss Cora B. Crossley, Rev. E. H. Coley performed the ceremony. The wedding was a very quiet one, only a few friends accompanying the bride and groom. Mr. Wright is employed in the office of Millspaugh & Green and is a young man who has the respect of all acquaintance& His bride was, until recently, engaged as a stenographer in the office of the International Heater Company, and is a most estimable young woman. Mr. and Mrs. Wright will soon take up their residence in West street" Mr. Wright formerly lived in Richland and is a graduate of Pulaski High school.

      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 25, 1954 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Rites Today for Mrs. A. Wright - Mrs. Cora Crossley Wright, 81, widow of Albert W. Wright, died at her home at 33 Park Street Monday afternoon following an illness of several months. Services will be held from the Foster Funeral Home this afternoon (Thursday) at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Cyrus M. Gonigam, pastor of the Congregational church, officiating. Interment will be made in Pulaski Cemetery. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Helen Wright) Ludwig of Dover, Delaware; a grandson, John Scott, of Washington, D. C., and a nephew, David Crossley, of Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Wright was born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, October 20, 1872, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Crossley. She moved to Syracuse as a young woman and married Mr. Wright in 1900. She lived later in Utica and Richland, coming to Pulaski many years ago where she and her husband operated Wright’s Inn at their late home. Mr. Wright died in 1943. She was a member of the Congregational church and the Pilgrim Guild and also a member of Pulaski Chapter 159, Order of the Eastern Star.
