Edna Mae Wilcox, 70, of 9251 Ellisburg St., died Monday at Oswego Hospital, where she had been a patient since April 12.
Mrs. Wilcox worked at General Electric Co., Syracuse, and retired from Northland Electric, Watertown, in 1991.
Born July 16, 1928, in Camden, daughter of Ray and Lillian Green Sweatland, she graduated from Pulaski High School.
She married Charles F. Wilcox on May 27, 1948, in Pulaski. They lived in Sandy Creek all their married lives. Mr. Wilcox died May 31, 1970.
Mrs. Wilcox was a former member of the Sandy Creek Fire Department Auxiliary.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Bruce (Deborah) Killam, Sandy Creek; a son, Tracy, Pulaski; a brother, Robert Sweatland, Pulaski; eight grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A sister, Katherine Bailey, and a brother, Ray Sweatland Jr., died before her.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Summerville Funeral Home with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
