    • Newspaper Obituary - April 28, 2005 Watertown Daily Times - NICOLE M. SPINK - COLLEGE STUDENT - Nicole M. Spink, 19, of 717 Towne Road, died Monday night of injuries suffered in a car accident on Route 104 in the town of Mexico. State police said Miss Spink was driving west on Route 104 when at about 10:30 p.m. her car went off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole. Unsafe speed and wet pavement appeared to be contributing factors, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Miss Spink worked at Taylor Marie's Ice Cream Parlor in Pulaski and previously worked at R&R One Stop at Port Ontario and at Pulaski Country Pizza. Born Jan. 8, 1986, in Watertown, daughter of Timothy P. and Laura J. Cook Spink, she graduated from Pulaski Academy and Central School in 2004 and was a student at Jefferson Community College, Watertown. She was a member of Park United Methodist Church and of Dance Express for many years. Surviving are her father, of Pulaski; her mother, of Sandy Creek; a brother, Robert B., Pulaski; her paternal grandparents, Robert B. and Joan Spink, Pulaski; her maternal grandfather and stepgrandmother David and Patti Cook, Johnstown; her maternal grandmother, Carol Hotaling, Gloversville; a paternal great-grandmother, Venita Wilder, Pulaski; a maternal great-grandmother, Eleanor Cook, Johnstown, and paternal great-grandfather, Samuel Nicosra, Northville. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Park United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at Foster-Hax Funeral Home.
