    • Newspaper Article - Friday May 13, 1955 Palladium Times -Oswego, New York - Vicinity Weddings - Hadcock-Zulatowski - Mexico - Miss Frances Zulatowski of Syracuse was married to Robert Hadcock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Hadcock, Mexico in a spring wedding at 1 o'clock Saturday May 7, in the Mexico Methodist church, Rev. Clyde Y. Sparding pastor of the church, performed the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Glenn A. Buck at the organ played the traditional music. Given in marriage by Leland Hadcock, the bride chose a white gown of nylon and lace made ballerina length. Her fingertip veil was caught to a matching cap. Her bouquet was of white rosebuds and carnations, centered with an orchid. Mrs. Harry Avery of Central Square, matron of honor, wore a ballerina length gown of beige with matching accessories and she wore an orchid corsage. Harry Avery served as best man. The groom's mother was dressed in blue nylon and wore an orchid corsage. A reception for the immediate families was held in the Hadcock home on Pulaski Hill. The white tiered wedding cake was topped with a miniature bride and groom. The newlyweds will make their home at 210 Seymour Street in Syracuse. Mr. Hadcock is employed by Matlow Trucking Company.

    • Newspaper Obituary - April 5, 1989 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Robert I. Hadcock, 67, of 308 N. Beech St. died Tuesday at Veterans Administration Medical Center after a long illness. A native of Mexico, Mr. Hadcock moved to Syracuse more than 30 years ago. He retired in 1987 as foreman after 33 years with Matlows Steel Corp., Syracuse. Mr. Hadcock was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are a son, Richard Sr. of Syracuse; two daughters, Linda Lanzafame and Bonnie Hadcock, both of Syracuse; two brothers, Donald and Clifford, both of Mexico; and nine grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home, Mexico, the Rev. Scott Manzer officiating. Burial will be in Mexico Village Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 5305 Washington Ave.
