- Newspaper Obituary - March 15, 1990 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - JESSIE B. TRUMBULL, FORMER TEACHER, DIES - Jessie B. Trumbull, 90, of 7660 North St., died Wednesday at the Harrwood Nursing Home, Oswego. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating. Spring burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. She is survived by two grandsons, Gary Greenwood, Orwell, and Keith Greenwood, Pulaski, and two great-grandsons. Born in Ellisburg Nov. 7, 1899, daughter of John and Susan Martin Frye, she was graduated from Pulaski High School and Oswego Normal School. She first married Stewart Greenwood. He died before her. She married John A. Trumbull in 1934. The couple owned and operated a dairy farm for 20 years. Mr. Trumbull died April 14, 1976. Mrs. Trumbull was a teacher in the Pulaski School District for several years. She was a member of Park United Methodist Church and its Alpha Class, and was a member of Pulaski Grange 730 and the Oswego County Teachers Association.
Newspaper Obituary - - March 15, 1990 Syracuse Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - JESSIE B. TRUMBALL - Jessie B. Trumball, 90, of 7660 North St. died Wednesday at Harr-Wood Nursing Home, Oswego. A native of Ellisburg, Mrs. Trumball lived in Pulaski 60 years. She was a graduate of Pulaski High School and Oswego Normal School. Mrs. Trumball taught for several years in the Pulaski School District. She and her husband, John A., also owned and operated a dairy farm. He died in 1976. Mrs. Trumball was a member of Park United Methodist Church and its Alpha Class. She also participated in the Pulaski Grange 730 and the Oswego County Teachers Association. Surviving are two grandsons, Gary Greenwood of Orwell and Keith Greenwood of Pulaski; and two great-grandsons. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home.
