      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, October 12, 1961 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Miss Etta J. Trumbull, 97, one of the oldest residents of the Town of Richland, died Tuesday forenoon at the Evergreen Nursing Home where she had been a patient the past _ weeks. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home with the Rev. _ Clark, pastor of Park Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight (Thursday), 7 to 9 p.m. Surviving are her niece, Mrs. Vernon (Blanche) Caufield, with whom she lived; two other nieces, Mrs. Ben (Vaughn) Poidomani of Bayport, Long Island, and Mrs. Donald (Joyce) Gates of Phoenix; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mary Trumbull of Pulaski. Miss Trumbull was born in the Lehigh District February 16, 1864 on the family homestead where she resided all her life. She was the daughter of Erastus and Alzina Bull Trumbull. She attended school in the Pulaski area and was a member of the Pulaski Grange.
