      Robert Zufelt, 79, Richland, died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital.

      Mr. Zufelt was employed for several years at Richland Dry Kiln.

      Born March 17, 1927, in Erie, Pa., son of Clifford and Edith Brown Zufelt, he served in the Air Force.

      A marriage ended in divorce.

      He had resided in Richland for the past 35 years, previously living in Syracuse.

      Surviving are two daughters, Colleen O'Rielly, North Carolina, and Doreen Babcock, Syracuse; four stepdaughters, Charity Graham and Candace Maitland, both of Richland, Donna Brow, Georgia, and Adelia Willis, Washington state; four stepsons, Richard and Donald Denny, both of Richland, Gerald Denny, Pulaski, and Grant Denny, Oswego; two brothers, Pete, Central Square, and Richard, Oswego; two sisters, Mabel O'Brien, Lacona, and Marilyn Clark, Holley, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

      A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wesleyan Cemetery in Lacona. Arrangements are with Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski.
