    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, December 27, 1893 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - West Albion - Died, at his daughter's, in Bull Run, December 19th, Hiram Phillips. He was 58 years old. He was an honest, upright man, and a Christian. He had been a great sufferer for a long time. He was a member of the Methodist Church Elder Perkins preached the funeral sermon. He leaves a wife, a son, a daughter, and other friends to mourn his loss. Mr. Phillips was born and brought up in West Albion.
