    • Newspaper Article - Thursday, November 15, 1883 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Kasoag, November 12 - Mr. Frank West, of Williamstown, and Miss Lydia Austin, of this place, were married last Wednesday at the residence of the bride's parents. The presents were numerous and appropriate. They took the evening train for Copenhagen.

      Newspaper Article - Thursday, November 22, 1883 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Beecherville, November 17 - A large number of invited guests assembled at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Austin, of North Williamstown, November 7, 1883, to witness the marriage of their only daughter Lydia, to Frank G. West. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Mr. Van Wie, of Williamstown. The presents received were all very nice and appropriate. Among them were a beautiful hanging lamp, a lovely spoon holder with 1 dozen silver teaspoons, a splendid six bottled table castor, 2 nice tea-pots, 1 silver butter dish, 1 set glass ware, and the cutest of all was an egg receiver, it was of glass and represented to perfection a "hen and nest" There were numerous other presents besides that were both handsome and serviceable. After partaking of, and enjoying, in most notable supper, bride and groom took the evening train for Watertown. The guests that were from out of town were, W. F. Austin, wife and daughter Cora, and L. J. Macy, al of Pulaski; D. A. Richardson and wife, of Richland; C. F. Austin and wife, of Orwell; Frank Spicer and wife, of Amboy Centre; Miss Annie Austin, of Oswego, and Miss Nora Davis, of Mexico. We would wish the happy couple a prosperous and happy future.
