Newspaper Article - Thursday, April 21, 1892 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - The Reunion Association of Company B, 110th New York Volunteer Infantry, accepted the following resolutions presented by Comrade I. J. Rich: Whereas, Our Great Commander has transferred Comrade William Webb by death to a higher command, and thereby our ranks are lessened; and Whereas, In his death we sustain our first loss since organizing as a company association; therefore Resolved, That we deplore the loss of our comrade, who was a faithful soldier in the cause of maintaining our national integrity; and Resolved, That we acknowledge the infallibility of our Supreme Commander, and commend to his care the loved ones of our departed comrade in their bereavement.
