    • Online Obituary - ADA L. SANDERSON - Ada L. Sanderson, 83, of Pulaski died Thursday, April 19, at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Oswego. Mrs. Sanderson was a life resident of Pulaski. She and her husband retired in 1975 after 40 years as the owners and operators of a dairy farm. Mrs. Sanderson was a graduate of Pulaski Academy High School and she attended Syracuse University . Mrs. Sanderson also was a pianist and performed at local talent shows and benefits. She was a member of the Pulaski Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Surviving are her husband, James I.; a sister, Colette Skinner of Pulaski; two nieces; and a nephew.Services were Saturday, April 21, at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7385 Park St., Pulaski. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery, Richland.

      Newspaper Obituary - Friday, April 20, 1990 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Pulaski Native, Pianist, Ada Sanderson Dies - Ada L. Sanderson, 83, of Spring Brook Apartments, died Thursday in Hillcrest Nursing Home, Oswego, where she had been a patient several years. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery, Town of Richland. There will be no calling hours. She is survived by her husband, James I.; a sister, Colette Skinner, Pulaski; two nieces and a nephew. Born in Pulaski March 7, 1907, the daughter of Nate and Ethel Smiley Wilber, she was graduated from Pulaski Academy and attended Syracuse University. She was married to James I. Sanderson February 4, 1934, in the parsonage of the First Methodist Episcopal Church with the Rev. John W. Warren officiating. The couple owned and operated a dairy farm on Route 3 for 40 years, retiring in 1975. Mrs. Sanderson was a pianist, and performed in area talent shows and at benefits. She was a member of the Pulaski Daughters of the American Revolution.
