      Pulaski, July 5.-Pending developments regarding the death of Mrs Sarah Jane Frye of the town of Parish, which occurred near. Pulaski last Saturday afternoon by the overturning of a top buggy, the horse being driven by her son, Jesse Freye, the latter Monday last was committed to the county jail at Oswego by Byron G. Seamans of this village, a justice of the peace. Freye, in a sworn statement to Coroner Leroy F. Hollis stated
      that he had been drinking heavily during the day of the fatality and had purchased two bottles of whiskey at the Ontario House, Port Ontario. The funeral of Mrs. Freye was held Monday at the Dugway Methodist church, Rev. Caldwell officiating. After an autopsy , interment was in Maple Lawn cemetery. Mrs. Freye had lived most of her life at Dugway and was well known in this vicinity. Sne is survived by two sons, Grant Freye and Jesse Freye of Parish; four daughters, Mrs. Frank Coop of Parish, Mrs. Adelbert McClellan, Mallory; Mrs. Charles Coger, Pulaski,.and Mrs. Rose Smith, Parish Center; three sisters. Mrs. Gaylord Haskins, Cleveland; Mrs. Sylvia Enslow, Geneva; Miss Dora Meacham, Utica; ,two brothers, Joseph Meacham, Utica, and Martin Meacham, Altmar. Mrs. Freye was thrown, from a buggy at the CastoF Corners south of Pulaski, where the horse driven by her son became unmanageable.
