Newspaper Obituary - Monday, January 25, 1971 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Henderson Woman Dies - Pulaski - Mrs. Mary R. Lynn, 67, wife of Clifford A. Lynn, Henderson, R. D. 1, formerly of Pulaski, died Saturday afternoon at the House of the Good Samaritan, where she had been a patient 38 days. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Rev. Jerry Miller, pastor, Baptist Church, and Rev. Paul E. Cauvet, pastor, Belleville United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the spring in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Surviving besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Bert (Betty) Coon, Pulaski; three grandchildren and two great-granddaughters; a brother, Herbert Austin, Port Ontario; two nieces and a nephew. Born December 18, 1903 at Pineville, daughter of William and Martha Whipple, she attended Pulaski High School and on August 2, 1920, was married to Clifford A. Lynn in the Lutheran parsonage, Clay. My Lynn retired a few years ago from Franklin Chevrolet Company, where he had been employed 46 years. The couple spent their winters in St. Petersburg, Florida, and summers at Sawyer's Bay, Henderson. Mrs. Lynn was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church.
