Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, April 29, 1943 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. Anna Gage Services Held - Funeral services for Mrs. Anna E. Donovan Gage, 86, were held Saturday morning at 10 am. at the Foster funeral parlors and at 10:30 at St. James church, Rev. Robert C. Dunn officiating. Mrs. Gage died Thursday morning at the home of Mrs. C. D. Wilder in Maple Avenue following a long illness. She had made her home there for the past two years. Mrs. Gage was born in Sydneyham, Canada, May 8, 1855, daughter of John and Mary Donovan, Her early life was spent in New York City where she was an exclusive dressmaker. She retired from business about ten years ago arid came to Pulaski to make her home. She was a member of the St. James' church guild. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Charles Kent of Sandy Creek and a brother, John Donovan of Richland. Burial was in the Richland cemetery.
