He was born in Pulaski, N.Y. He worked as a foreman in a wire mill and was a Protestant. He served in the Army in World War II. Survivors include his wife Patricia; four sons, Robert of Brandon, Miss., Jeffrey of Canton, N.Y. Darryl Davis of North Syracuse, N.Y., David Davis of Ocala; brothers, William of Pulaski, N.Y., James J. Davis of Ft.
