    • Jay B. Fox Dies In Tacoma

      JayB Fox, brother of the late Gladys Fox Benedict, died Saturday, Aug. 15 in Tacoma, Wash.

      He was born in Pulaski, son of Seymour and Cora Filkins Fox and was educated in Pulaski, graduated from high school in 1910. He left this area as a young man, in the employ of the Woolworth company.

      His first wife, the former Gladys Marvin of Pulaski, died several years ago.

      He was a member of the Methodist Church.

      He is survived by his wife, Helen Fox; four children, Seymour and Jay B. Fox, Jr.; Cora and Mary Elizabeth; several
      grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

      In late years, he has been associated with his son in an air conditioning business.
