      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, September 24, 1970 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Ells - Floyd E. Ells Dies ¬Pulaski - Floyd E. Ells, 83, Manwaring Road, died this morning in Oswego Hospital, where he had been a patient eight days. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Surviving him are one son, Earl K. Ells, and a granddaughter, Phyllis Ells, both of Pulaski, R. D., and a cousin, Mrs. James Smith, Edwards. Born April 19, 1887, in the Town of Russell, a son of Alvah and Sarah Blanchard Ells, he was graduated from Russell High School. On November 25, 1912, he married Velma Stewart in Pulaski. She died May 18, 1969. The couple farmed on the Manwaring Road. Mr. Ells retired a few years ago. He had served as a county court attendant in Pulaski for six years. He was a member of Fernwood Grange and the Dairyman's League Association.
