  Newspaper Obituary - January 29, 2012 Syracuse Post Standard - January 27, 2012 George I. Murray, 88, of Baldwinsville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 27, 2012. He was born in Pulaski and was a Navy veteran of WWII, where he served in the states and in the Philippines. He graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and retired from Gould-Pumps, Baldwinsville, in 1990. George was predeceased by his son, James Murray, in 1963 and his five brothers. Survivors: his wife of 69 years, Dorothy B. Kaine Murray; daughter, Janet Lindsay of Mechanicsburg, PA; son, John Murray of Baldwinsville; sister, Charlotte Row of Pulaski; grandchildren, Joy Lindsay of New Cumberland, PA, and Jeanette (Terry) Barzanti of Bowie, MD; great- grandchildren, Lindsay and Angela Barzanti; and several nieces and nephews.
