A large number of relatives and friends were in attendance. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Johnson, of Wolcott, brother and sister of the groom; Miss Hattie Johnson, Mr. D. W. Stewart and family, James G. Stewart and family, Mr. H. J. Stewart and wife and Master Joel, Mrs. M. Connell, Mr. E. Upton and wife, E. The company were seated to a well spread table and served to a sumptuous repast. The bride was the recipient of many and valuable presents. Miss Upton's home has been in Utica for the past ten years, where she has won for herself many warm friends. She is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Stewart, of this village. The Utica young people regret very much to lose the lady above named from their society. Mr. Johnson is an earnest Christian worker, and a popular young man of the city of Syracuse, which will be Mr. and Mrs. Johnson's future home. We wish them many happy years in their new home.
