      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, December 31, 1973 The Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Services for David D. Tanner, 87, of Pulaski RD 4, who died Saturday at his home here held this afternoon at the Taylor-Vida Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Mr. Tanner a retired farmer, had lived in the Pulaski area all his life. Surviving is his wife, the former Emily Mellen.
