      Andrew C. Babcock, 92, formerly of Glen Avenue, died Wednesday at the House of Good Samaritan, Watertown.
      Mr. Babcock was born in Redfield. He resided in Pulaski for 27 years, and had also lived in Redfield, Nedrow and Syracuse. He was employed with the Easy Washing Co. before retiring 27 years ago.
      He was a commmunicant of St. John's the Evangelist Church, Pulaski.
      Surviving are his wife, Emma Mae; a brother, Roy of Eastwood; a sister, Florence Holden of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews.
      Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Taylor-Vida Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, where a Mass of ressurection will be celebrated. The Rev. Anthony Keeffe will officiate. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.

Babcock, 92, formerly of Glen Avenue, died Tuesday at the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, where he had been a patient 12 days. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Taylor-Vida Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 11 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, with the Rev. Anthony Keeffe, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours were scheduled 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 7643 Jefferson Street, with the Rosary to be recited at 3 p.m. Surviving are his wife, Emma Mae; a brother, Roy, Eastwood; a sister, Florence Holden, Rochester; several nieces and nephews. Born April 28, 1898, in Redfield, the son of Charles and Julia Bouvay Babcock, he attended Redfield schools and married Emma Mae Richardson of Richland, April 2, 1932, in St. John's rectory. Mr. Babcock was employed by the Easy Washing Machine Company, Syracuse, retiring 27 years ago. He and his wife lived in Redfield, Nedrow, and Syracuse before moving to Pulaski when he retired. Mr. Babcock was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
