    • Newspaper Obituary - December 24, 2004 Syracuse Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Jacalyn Vinciquerra Stewart, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at the Francis House. Born in Syracuse, she was a life resident of the Syracuse area. She was a 1971 graduate of Henninger High School, Le Moyne College in 1975, SUNY Cortland MS in 1976, SUNY Cortland - Certificate of Advanced Studies (Administration) 1990, and had a permanent NYS Certificate as an English Teacher, School Administrator and Supervisor. Jackie was an English teacher with the Syracuse City School District from 1978 to 1988, Administrative Intern at Corcoran High School from 1988 to 1990, assistant Principal at G. Ray Bodley High School from 1998 to 2002, Universal Pre-K Program Administrator from 2002-2003, a former summer school Principal at Henniger High School and retired in August of 2003 as Principal of G. Ray Bodley High School. She was a member of the Teacher's Association, the Carol Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Foundation and was elected on the Board of Education for the Fulton City School District. Her father, Anthony Joseph Vinciquerra died in 1990. Survivors: her son, Glenn Anthony Stewart of Syracuse; her mom, Olga Vinciquerra of Syracuse; two brothers, Dr. Anthony Vinciquerra of Jamesville and Mark (Michele) Vinciquerra of Syracuse; sister-in-law, Maureen Vinciquerra of Jamesville; brother-in-law, James Wescott of Jamesville; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services Monday 9:45 a.m. at FARONE & SON, and 10:30 a.m. in St. Daniel's Church. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
