Born in Carthage, he attended Mannsville schools. He lived in Pulaski since 1964. He owned and operated Jim Brow Salvage Company in Pulaski for 32 years. Survivors: His wife, Donna; three daughters, Melissa Brow of Cleveland, Laura Denny of Pulaski and Kim Bush of Richland; two step-daughters, Melissa Fetterly of Oswego and Melinda MacBaine of Bushnell, Florida; a son, Jimmie H. Jr. of Pulaski; two step-sons, David Maitland Jr. of Fulton and Richard MacBaine Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri.; 14 grandchildren. Services: 10 am. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski.
