- Oswego - Connie A. Skilinskis, 56, a resident of Rt. 104 East in the Town of Scriba, died Friday, at the Oswego Hospital. Mrs. Skilinskis was born in Oswego, and was the daughter of the late Williard and Faylene (Smith) Mason. One of her passions was geneology. She was a member of the Half-Shire Historical Society, and was the Dugway Cemetery Association historian. She also was secretary for the Williamstown Historical Society. She spent many hours helping others with their family history, and will be missed by many. She is survived by her husband, Joseph D. Skilinskis of Scriba; 2 daughters, Laurie (George) Seaton of Scriba and Debra (Ray) Elmer of Scriba; a son Joseph W. (Lisa) Skilinskis of Scriba; 3 sisters, Joyce (Ron) Pearce of Volney, Sheila (Bob) Pullen of Oswego, and Marlea Rossi of Mexico; 5 grandchildren, Kim, Michael, Jason, Adam, and Alex; 1 great-grandchild, Jade; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held in the Spring in North Scriba Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7pm Tuesday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second St., Oswego.
