    • Newspaper Obituary - March 20, 2000 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - BERT L. COON - Bert L. Coon, 78, of Deerfield Apartments,Pulaski,died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. He was a life resident of Pulaski and attended Pulaski High School. He retired in 1980 after 15 years at PyroFax Gas Co., Pulaski, and previously worked at Checker Board Food Store and Walker's Cleaners, both in Pulaski. He was a member of Park United Methodist Church, Pulaski. He was an Army veteran. Survivors: His wife, the former Betty J. Lynn; a daughter, Linda M. Burdick of Central Square; two sons, John R. of Cicero and David A. of Cato; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial, Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski. Calling hours, 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 52 Park St., Pulaski. Contributions: Northern Oswego County Ambulance, Delano Street, Pulaski 13142.
