Newspaper Article - Thursday, December 15, 1892 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Daysville - The wedding of Miss Ida Edick to Mr. Frank White, which takes place on the evening of December 14th, promises to be the social event of the season. A large number of guests have been invited, and the wedding bells will never ring more joyfully than on next Wednesday evening. We wish the young couple a long life of happiness. Newspaper Article - Thursday, December 22, 1892 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - South Richland - On Wednesday, December 14, at five o'clock, at the residence of Mr. George Edick, occurred the wedding of Frank W. White and Miss Ida May Edick, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Edick. About seventy guests were invited, and nearly all were relatives of the contracting parties. The ceremony was performed by Rev. R. A. Whipple, of Central Square. The bride was attired in a gown of gaslight green colored silk trimmed with lace, with white gloves and slippers. An excellent collation followed the ceremony, consisting of sandwiches, cakes, coffee, ice cream and fruit. They were the recipients of many very handsome, useful and costly tokens of friendship and esteem. Mr. and Mrs. White left on the 8:30 train Wednesday evening for a trip to Saratoga. The groom is the oldest son of O. H. White, and is a young man of excellent business qualifications and genial disposition. His circle of friends are wide, and are not confined to South Richland. The bride was born and reared here. She was graduated from Mexico Academy, I think in 1888. Possessed of many excellent qualities, she had endeared herself to all who know her. The young people start out with bright prospects, and have the best wishes of a host of friends. Samantha and Josiah were generously remembered with cake and compliments, pretty to look upon and delicious to taste.
