    • Newspaper Obituary -Wednesday, May 1, 1912 Wilkes-Barre Times - Wilkes-barre, Pennsylvania - James Kinney Dead - The death of James Kinney, for many years Chief of Police in Miner's Mills Borough occurred last night and was a terrible shock to his many friends. Death was due to a short illness of pneumonia. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Genevieve, Mary, Frank, and Thomas; also by two brothers, John of Miner's Mills and Patrick, of Plymouth, also one sister, Mrs. Prendergast of Cincinnati, O.
