    • Newspaper Obituary - October 21, 1991 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - BLANCHE WATERS DIES - Blanche E. Waters, 84, of 3422 Center St., Durhamville, sister of Stanley Spencer, Richland, died Saturday in Oneida City Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Oneida. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Dugway. There will be no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the Dugway Cemetery Association.

      Newspaper Obituary - October 21, 1991 Syracuse Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - BLANCHE E. WATERS - Services for Blanche E. Waters, 84, of 3422 Center St., who died Saturday at Oneida City Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Dean Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Dugway. There will be no calling hours. Born in Albion, Mrs. Waters moved to Durhamville in 1959. She retired in 1968 from Smith-Lee Co. She was a trustee of the Dugway Cemetery Association. Her husband, George, died in 1988. Surviving are a son, Vernon of Durhamville; two daughters, Rena Rossi of Oneida and Francis LaVancher of Durhamville; two brothers, Richard of Zephyrhills, Fla., and Stanley Spencer of Richland; three sisters, Irene Darling of Parish, Emma Hilton of Central Square and Dorothy Rogers of Jordan; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Contributions may be made to Dugway Cemetery Association.
