    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, March 28, 1988 Banner Times - Pulaski, New York - Harvey P. Miner, 90, of 261 Hillsdale Avenue, Syracuse, died Wednesday, March 16, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Buffalo. Born in Orwell, he retired from the Post Office Department of Railway Mail after 35 years of service. Mr. Miner was a member of the Pulaski Lodge F&AM, and the American Legion for over 50 years and the Railway Mail Association. Surviving are a daughter. Anne Elizabeth Miner of East Aurora, and three sisters, Bertha Martin of Oswego, Ruth Potter of Marion, Indiana, and Susan Poole of Syracuse. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 19 at the Welter-Price Funeral Home, Syracuse. Spring burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Contributions may be made to James Street United Methodist Church.
