    • Newspaper Article - Wednesday, October 23, 1901 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Richland - A very pretty wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Wyman last Wednesday afternoon, when their daughter, Lida May, was united in marriage to Orla Sprague. The guests to the number of 57 began to arrive at 3 o'clock and were received at the door by Mrs. H. O. Wright who was usher. When the last guests had arrived at 4:30 and the company were all arranged in the parlor to witness the ceremony, Miss Grace Snyder presiding at the organ began the wedding march. The wedding party were led by Rev. W. H. Seed followed by little Hazel Wyman dressed in blue silk, throwing flowers in the path of the bride who came on the arm of Milton Coon, the best man. Then came the groom and bridesmaid, who was Mina, sister of the bride. They took their places before a bank of flowers and under an arch of evergreens and white flowers. The bride was dressed in a cream cashmere trimmed with silk and over lace and wore white roses. The bridesmaid also wore a cream white dress and carried pink carnations. After the ceremony the refreshments were served to which all did ample justice. The out-of-town guests were from Orwell, Sandy Creek, Watertown, Oswego and Adams. Mr. and Mrs. Sprague left on the evening train for Buffalo and will be at home to their friends on Orwell street after November 1st.
