    • Newspaper Obituary - March 22, 2014 (Source Unknown) - Velma Kelley Soble, 93, passed away on March 17th. She was the twin daughter of Ernest and Bessie Kelley of Cattaraugus, NY. She moved to the Ocala area in 2005. She was retired hair stylist and also worked with handicapped children at the Gowanda NY State Hospital. Prior to moving to Ocala, she resided in Casselberry, FL where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She enjoyed club activities, dancing, family get-togethers, crafts, and homemaking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford N. Soble in 2002, two brothers, Olin and Bernard, 2 step children, Burton and Herndon Mallaber and her twin sister, Wilma Hineline. Velma is survived by her daughter, Connie Scalzitti, The Villages, FL; step children Nancy Riggan, Oxford, NC, and Clifford N. Soble II, Haverhill, MA; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at 11AM, on Tuesday March, 25th at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, E. Altamonte Chapel, 994 E. Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 with a visitation from 10AM -11AM. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Marion County Hospice 3231 SW 34th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474.
