Lawrence C. Skinner, 89, of Springbrook Apartments, died Tuesday at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Oswego.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery with the Rev. Catherine Salisbury officiating.
There will be no calling hours.
Surviving are his wife, Colette, a resident of Hillcrest Nursing Home; a son, Charles W., Manlius; two daughters, Venita L. Wilder, Pulaski, and Marion A. Isham, Central Square; 21 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert, Fulton.
Born Feb. 11, 1902, in Camden, son of Charles and Jennie Brown Skinner, he resided most of his life in the Pulaski area. He retired in 1970 as a superintendent on construction projects after a 50-year career.
He married Colette V. Wilbur in 1920.
Mr. Skinner was a member of Pulaski Lodge 415, F&AM, and a 50-year member of Local 12, Carpenters Union. He was also a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
