    Notes
    • Newspaper Article - Wednesday, F'ebuary 24, 1904 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Orwell - Wednesday afternoon, February 17th, about fifty guests gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. McKinney, to witness the marriage of their daughter, Florence H. and Floyd F. Pratt. To the strains of Lohengiin's wedding march, played by Miss Viola Pratt, the bridal party marched to a pretty arch of green and white constructed in the parlor, where the ceremony was performed by the Rev. T. T. Davies. Little Florence Cooper, niece of the bride, carried the wedding rings and Hazel Pratt and Cecile Weed, were ribbon girls. The groom, accompanied by A. A. Potter, was followed by Miss Flora Pratt and Miss Ethel McKinney, sisters of the bride and groom, after which came the bride and her father. The bridesmaids were dressed in white and the bride wore a becoming gown of light heliotrope Henrietta goods trinuned with white. Immediately after the ceremony a delicious wedding feast was served, under the able supervision of Mrs. Ida Wardwell by three young ladies gowned in white, Rose Parker, Edith Damon and Merle Chase. The bridal table looked very pretty with festoons of pink and white reaching from the center of the ceiling to the corners of the table where they were fastened with large bows of white. The bride was the recipient of many useful and beautiful presents. Amid a shower of rice, the wedded pair took the evening train for Watertown and Black River, where they will visit relatives for a few days. Guests present from out of town were Norma Ackerman, of Lacona, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Cooper and daughter, Florence, and Miss Pearl Cooper, of Pulaski.
